KAESER installations are often part of a larger system with a dryer, filters and a central controller. Service should cover the whole station: filters and separators on the compressor, dryer performance, drain function and the pressure settings that decide how much energy the system uses.
KAESER compressor service and repair
We service and repair KAESER compressors on site, as one-off visits or under an annual maintenance contract. Typical work includes:
- Scheduled services with filter, separator and fluid changes.
- Controller alarm and sensor diagnosis.
- Dryer and drain checks.
- Cooler cleaning and temperature fault finding.
- Leak and pressure-drop checks around the station.
- Airend inspection and overhaul planning.
Every job is identified by the machine's model and serial number, and ends with a written record of what was checked, measured and replaced. Where a repair would cost more than the machine is worth, we tell you before starting.
KAESER spare parts
We supply air filters, oil filters, separators, compressor fluid, service kits, drain parts, filter elements and other parts for KAESER machines. Parts are matched from the nameplate details, model and serial number, the part number on the old part where it is readable, and the machine's running hours. Buying a KAESER compressor, new or used
If you are considering a KAESER machine, we can supply new or used and refurbished units where available, and compare them honestly with other makes for your duty. The choice should follow the pressure, air demand, running hours, air quality and service plan, not the badge.
Hire while your KAESER compressor is down
If your KAESER compressor is out of service for repair or overhaul, a breakdown rental from our fleet of 50 to 2,000 CFM machines can keep the site running until it returns.
Signs your KAESER compressor needs attention
- High discharge temperature or temperature trips: often a blocked cooler, low or degraded oil, a sticking thermostatic valve or a hot, poorly ventilated room.
- Oil in the air lines: commonly a saturated separator, a blocked scavenge line or overfilling.
- Pressure falling under load: demand above capacity, leaks, a blocked intake filter, a worn valve or an unloader fault.
- Frequent loading and unloading: too small a receiver, a narrow pressure band or a leak on the system.
- New noise or vibration: bearing wear, loose mountings, belt or coupling problems. Stop and inspect before it gets worse.
- Water at the point of use: a failed drain, an overloaded or faulty dryer, or no dryer where one is needed.
- Hard starting on a diesel portable: battery, starter, fuel filters or fuel quality.
Write down any alarm code on the controller and the readings at the time. That information often lets us bring the right parts on the first visit.
Questions about KAESER compressors
Will independent service affect my KAESER warranty?
Check your warranty terms before any work is done while the machine is under manufacturer warranty. Some warranties require service by an authorised partner. Once the warranty has ended, or for work the warranty does not cover, an independent multi-brand service provider can maintain the machine. We will ask about warranty status before we start.
Do you fit original KAESER parts?
We can supply original manufacturer parts or quality compatible alternatives. The quotation always states which, so that you can choose with full information.
Can you service the KAESER dryer and filters as well?
Yes. Dryers, line filters and drains are checked as part of the system, because wet or dirty air can cause problems even when the compressor is healthy.
How quickly can you reach my site?
It depends on where the site is and what is already booked. Sites in Hyderabad and Secunderabad are the quickest to reach. When you call, we give you a realistic time.
