When you send an enquiry, we receive what you enter: your name, company, phone number, email address, town or site location, the type of requirement and any technical details you choose to share, such as the application, pressure, air demand, running hours and your compressor’s make, model and serial number. If you attach files, such as a nameplate photo, a drawing or a site photo, we receive those too.
When you phone us, message us on WhatsApp or email us, we receive your number or address and whatever you tell us in that conversation.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, the server hosting this site keeps routine technical logs, such as the IP address making a request, the page requested, the date and time and the browser type. These logs help keep the site working and secure. The site may set essential cookies, for example to protect forms from misuse or to keep an administrator logged in. It also uses Google Analytics cookies to measure visits, as described under Website measurement. We do not use cookies to build a profile of you, and we do not sell browsing data.

Enquiries that do not lead to work are kept for as long as they are useful to answer follow-up questions, and then deleted. Records of quotations, orders, rentals, service work and invoices are kept for as long as accounting, tax and contractual obligations require. Server logs are kept for a short period for security and then removed.
How we protect it
Form submissions are sent over an encrypted connection, and access to enquiry emails and customer records is limited to the people who need it to serve you. No method of sending or storing information is completely secure, so please do not send passwords, bank details or identity documents through the enquiry form.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we no longer need it for the purposes above or for a legal obligation.
