How we work
What the air must run, the pressure, the hours and the site. A nameplate photo helps.
Buy, rent, repair or refurbish: the option that fits the duty and the budget, in writing.
Supply, installation or mobilisation, commissioned and checked on site.
Service, spares and AMC for the life of the machine, whichever brand it is.

→Start with the required pressure, actual air demand, duty cycle, air quality requirement, operating hours, site condition, future expansion and treatment requirement. Compressor selection should not be based only on HP or rough CFM assumptions.
Rental air should be planned before shutdowns, breakdown risk, blasting, borewell/DTH work, construction activity, peak demand, utility outage or standby requirement. The plan should include pressure, flow, hose layout, treatment and commissioning.
Pressure drop can come from undersized piping, long hose runs, clogged filters, poor receiver placement, high simultaneous demand, incorrect regulation, leakage or compressor control behaviour.
Dryers and filters are selected according to air quality requirement, moisture load, inlet temperature, pressure, flow, ambient condition, downstream sensitivity and acceptable pressure drop.
Servicing should consider operating hours, environment, oil condition, filters, separator differential pressure, cooler cleanliness, controls, drains, leaks, electrical health and service history.
Compatibility should be checked using compressor make, model, serial number, existing part details, duty condition and service requirement before supply or installation.
Application, pressure, approximate air demand, operating hours, site location, power/fuel preference, air quality requirement, current compressor details, photos and urgency help prepare a better enquiry response.
